I took a long at 10:22, off of a 233 chart. +18. That's been it though.

I took +6 on it. Based on previous action today, I didn't think it break the 93.50 level. I got in to early.

Alright, that's a net of +22 today, net +38 for the week. I'll take it for a first week back in a long time. The break helped me I think. Now, this is in SIM, so no emotion with it. That helps.

Sensible hour's trading for me, with 3 trades;

Nothing special, but felt calm. Also, i left my first trade on, even when i no longer liked PA (hope) and could have taken +3/+4 instead. I think that is worth acting upon. If it no longer looks right, get out with a small gain and go again next time. It's only small, but it all adds up in the end.
