reference a higher timeframe chart wtihin an EA? In other words, if I wanted to have a condition where, for instance, check to see if the current price is above a 20EMA on a 1 hour chart but run the EA and make trades off of a 15 min chart based on a few 1 hour chart conditions. Is this possible? I'm not in front of any of my MQL 'stuff' here, I'm thinking out loud....

Thanks Dave. When I wrote a few systems for TradeStation years ago I remember I had better 'results' when I used a higher timeframe chart to check for the strength of a trend and make trades off of a lower timeframe chart that presented dips/rallies against the higher timeframes to use as entries within the higher timeframe trend.....
