ah sod it, closed the 3rd position for +40, totalled 140 or so on those 3... NOT PER STRATEGY, but it recovered the losses (kind of) i made stupidly yesterday

i think im going to try trading the smaller levels +my usual levels with 5pip TP

i wonder how risky it would be to test that with no SL and 1000p blow out?

just don't add positions on a loss...otherwise...

yeah that's easy enough, ill see how it goes, perhaps some backtesting needed first...

i recovered, if AU gets to 40 without 62 i recovered some more ++++, the drawdown is now HIDEOUS....

this % isn't justice, the month is going to end green... the drawdown is now never going to be hidden... oops (although i want to get a discount on commission which would mean changing the account)

hmm, it doesn't look how i want it to, but its better, and my account balance was actually 500 when i started not 550, so the ROI% is actually higher than that

i do add to losing positions, yet i think my equity curve is still ok, month to month, or daily.

does static 10 Sl/TP work for you better than flexible numbers...based on your own statistic?
if yes, chill bro! on the long run all works out for the better
if not, change it, bro! for your own health and wealth

but just few post above, you hitting it out of the park with 16% in about 12 trading days? ...so, what is wrong in making 25% a month approx, if it involves some missed pips?!

id be way way way above that % if it wasnt for less than a pip, sure 15-25% a month is perfect, ill achieve it. but i need to kill that revenge trading when shit like this happens

i could literally sell my SL and TP to people as an entry and i wouldn't even need to trade. it would be worth ££££££££££££££££.

well, would the way way way better work to look that way even if you use 9 pip TP vs 10 pips?

if yes, there is the missed pips issue solved in one easy step!!
