This is a really good thread, if you're a scalper, I'd advice you keep checking this thread, it has a wealth of information. Ensure you also have a good broker that allow scalping and instant market execution speed, brokers such as FreshForex, FXCM and OAnda are some of the best for scalpers.

1st time to post here. So glad to find it.
I've been reading for a couple of days. Haven't finished them all, but its a good read.

Posting here are some of my trades last week. Just would like to make sure I am on the right path.
Any comments are appreciated.

Yes, I'd say this thread is definitely worth a read.

I had a skim through the first 100 posts and was a nice refresher and loads of good trading psychology insights I'd completely forgotten about!

Also interesting to see a load of posters who have been and gone but some are still here today.

Should be an interesting week, some bank holidays early on but NFP on Friday.

DX has made a decent move recently, can we get another push up for something a bit more substantial after a bit of a pullback?

We can see on D1 and H4 DX what caused a bit of a pullback in EU & UJ late last week.

Very rarely these days.

If I ever find myself looking at M1, it's usually better to just switch off the monitors and looks for trades when there's more movement in the markets.

Is the screenshot below the kind of trade we are looking?
Someone said that a beginner should stick with M30 or up but just happened to find this.

No problem with trading the lower TF. It's good practice and keeps the skills sharp.

I had a half day off work so thought I'd have a blast at heavy duty scalping EU in the PM session... Unfortunately was out early so missed the better action.

The upper yellow line was the target so started loading up buys after the M15 bull engulfing. It didn't quite get to target and formed a small M15 engulf for a few small shorts.

Also watching DX.

About as best as I could manage given it was a bank holiday in EU so relying on NY for volume..

A good example of lower TF scalping on AU today.

Once H1/H4 had engulfed then there was a really nice low RR M5 level on the pullback.

These type of trades form every day on the majors.

I usually stick with EU as it's familiar but sometimes the PA is a bit iffy and tough work for the rewards..

Arriving into a H4 demand zone on EU here a bit lower. Also Swissy in opposing supply, something to keep an eye on.
