I have a question relate to your S.A.D methodology.
Can you please tell me what is the purpose of intermediate time frame?
e.g if my trading sequence is M-W-D, what is the purpose of weekly?
from your video, I understand that on Monthly time frame, you identify the CURVE and Monthly Zones.
Once Price reach the Monthly Zone, you skip Weekly and move on to Daily time frame to look for trade. Please correct me if I miss something.

I believe my primary issues now is profit taking... In the example above i have hit (what i feel) is a solid supply zone and Im trying to set my expectation of what profit targeting should consist of..
In this case i have a 40pip SL & 123pip TP which is also approx the NEXT FRESH DAILY DEMAND ZONE (sometimes this confuses me because it seems like if i choose a DAILY SUPPLY should i exit on a 4 hr demand which significantly lowers my 3:1 risk/reward ratio? Or should I hold it down to the next fresh DAILY demand?)....
Also...is it too aggressive to expect it to make it back to the back to the original demand zone that created the current rally because if im making a play based on the current swing high...shouldn't it go at least back down to the current swing low or should i have waited for it to use the SWING HIGH SUPPLY (zone 1) in order to expect it to make head back down to the SWING LOW???
