DislikedI am looking for a ZZ that starts a retracement leg, only after price has retraced a minimum amount of pips (user input; variable). Does anyone have one that does only this and is not based upon anything other than price limits?{image}{image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} zigxpips close_nmc.mq4 is the closest to what I was looking for but there can be a good distance from close to high or low. Also, it is a resource hog.Ignored
DislikedZigZag is never going to be a predictive signal on its own and it will always repaint, as it should. ZZ is one of those indicators you use to give you clues to price-action by evaluating the areas that price rejected in the past or can also be used to make derivative indicators like auto-fibo. So if you're looking to turn ZZ into a super non-repainting predictive indicator you're gonna have a bad time.Ignored
Disliked{quote} My apologies for not understanding your request... Here is a test to create a new leg after n points. {file}Ignored
