AUDUSD level: 0.7987 should be still valid
but unsure why the EA states that it been triggered.

I have the same level in my list for today and it is still monitoring! I guess the issue lies into your entry in the long.txt.

if your starttime is after 13:00 (gmt+3) it should be fine! If you StartTime is before 13:00 (gmt+3) then indeed the level is triggered and this is correct

eg:
PAIR;StartTime;EndTime;Level
AUDUSD;2017.09.19 14:00:00;2017.09.20 00:00:00;0.7987

(Times are all showed as: gmt+3)

Is it possible you also send your long.txt or just the entry for your 0.7987 level.

ps. You are not using the Profile I installed? There you have a complete overview of all pairs including the "trade-terminal" See the screenshot how you get on screen and how it looks like!

not sure it due to my long setting as all my long has the same timing.
I think dont really understand how to setup the time. haha. possible to give me a kindergarden level breakdown on that?

Thanks for the logging...yes indeed there is the problem.

You gave: AUDUSD;2017.09.19 00:00:00;2017.09.19 24:00:00;0.7987
Pair => AUDUSD
Startime of the monitoring => 2017.09.19 00:00:00
EndTime of the monitoring => 2017.09.19 24:00:00
level => 0.7987

So with this you are saying: if the level comes down towards the 0.7987 then I want start a long-trade
You want to start looking from 2017.09.19 00:00:00 (lastnight midnight) till 2017.09.19 24:00:00

But on 2017.09.19 00:00:00 price was at that time below the level 0.7987 => So yes with that timewindow the level is indeed triggered
See screenshot: The level was actually valid from Dale gave his new levels (around 14:00)

So you line must be at least: AUDUSD;2017.09.19 14:00:00;2017.09.20 00:00:00;0.7987

at start Asian session Dale gives again new levels then you can use at least: AUDUSD;2017.09.20 00:00:00;2017.09.20 15:00:00;0.7987
(start US-session is 15:00 dale gave then also new levels)

Did you ever see a clock shows you the time 24:00:00 => Your entry was: AUDUSD;2017.09.19 00:00:00;2017.09.19 24:00:00;0.7987
That must be AUDUSD;2017.09.19 00:00:00;2017.09.20 00:00:00;0.7987

Ya, i think i got it. will fiddle with it more tomorrow.

Regarding some EA setting, if I want to move my SL to BE once 10pip is reach what setting should I put in?

BE-Level for rules below: [ ]
BE-level is the amount of points you consider as BE-level. Say you want BE at 1pip above the entry you give here 10points.

if X pip in Green set SL to BE [ ]
If you want to go to your BE-level with your SL if 10 pips is reached you give here 100points.

PS: did you read the documentation from post one? This is all explaned in the documentation I made.

Hi

Just having a thought about monster filter
When prices are racing to our level there are 2 options
- it goes past through the level : in that case we don't want to be in the trade
- it reverses behind our level : in this case it may be interesting entering somewhere between our level and the turning point
May be we could have a rule for that ...

So indeed nothing was showing!

Another user currently tries to create a handy tool for filling the files. I think you would really like that! Please be patient, I guess it's not that long before it is ready for publishing in this thread!

Somehow I missed your post here!! Actually that's a good idea with a good reason I think

This EA is also not intended to trade completly automatically as a stand alone robot and machine...but a TradeManager.
-You need to search and add the levels yourself.
-If price comes in the neighborhood you can get a message on your phone and from that point you are alerted (quicker then the mails from Dale) and you can start monitor the testing proces... if you not trust it you can remove the level or let it run and the TradeManager does the trading part for you.

So in that light only a detection of a monstermove is not a weird idea!

So you propose: if a MonsterMove is detected then deactivate trading for that specified pair until the user did reset the MonsterMove detection or the EA is loaded again?

Am I correct with that?

ps: Currently I am testing a Beta-release with different accounts, also with a GBP-account I think in the next release you can work with a USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD account! I also added a possibility for "fixed lot" or "% of balance" per trade

In relation to inputting the Long, Short and also the News and multiple EA either running for different accounts or settings.

Was wondering is it possible for the note files to sit in a google drive like a Master Files. Then we update the Master Files in google drive. The respective EAs will read the file from the google drive and update accordingly.

The benefit would be that we only need to update one Master Files instead of multiple times if we got multiple EAs running through VPS.

I think this would be an awesome feature. "evil grin"

Why do we need to input this?
I cant seem to understand why so. Using a USD account, for AUD and EUR pair we dont need to enter any input but there is a need for CAD and JPY?
How does the EA calculate for AUD and EUR pair entries? wouldnt it be the kinda the same for AUD and EUR instead of us manually inputting a number into it?

Hi guys,

I programmed a little for a possible MonsterMove....

Is this what we want for the MonsterMove?!

If a move between now and the last finished M1 bar is > x points?

  1. Then cancel levels for the specified pair
  2. Show a button on the chart for resetting the MonsterMove trigger
  3. If button clicked or EA start again or changed the timeframe => trading is active again!

Actually I think we only want to be warned if there was no known RedNews-event....or?
