Thanks for your reply , so you mean we only can trade with the trend ? I mean in this case we only focus on DZ to buy until it breaks any supply zone?

No, I just doubt that lower SZ you marked is a SZ. Zones above are. IMO. I do not say about the trend. I would short at higher SZ.

I think thats a really difficult question, please keep in mind that supply and demand gives you the most probable outcome, but is never a for sure thing, also it seems is creating higher supply zones, but its impossible to value if the supply its stronger than the demand and if it won't be broken. I'm not really able to provide you with an answer as I'm not that long term investor.

Thank you for the question and i am glad the content is useful to you.

The aspects of money management and risk reward are very individualistic concepts to each trader so i tend to leave that to each person.
I may look to take trades with reward targets of 4x my risk and others may choose rewards 2x their risk, taking the same trade. Neither is right or wrong, just different.

Same with money management. With this though, the basic rules of managing money in an uncertain environment like trading should apply because regardless of how good or accurate any analysis, it can and often still incorrect from the market's perspective. For this reason, managing one's money and therefore position size in such a way that one is able to remain objective and in the moment is vital.

As Mr Steenberger says and i often remind myself and my team of this, "the best psychological management is risk management".

Thank you for sharing your charts on the CADJPY.

If i may, there is no such thing as a "perfect setup". The reason is that no matter how "perfect" it may look and tick all the boxes, it could still fail.
The reason i point this out is so that we all understand that the outcome of a trade is entirely out of our control once the trade is put on. What is in our control is how well we execute out processes - processes of analysis, risk management and documentation. What happens thereafter is up to other people aka the market,

Speaking to you charts, no, it isn't a perfect set up , for at least a couple of reasons as far as what i see.

1, the trend and momentum on all the timeframes you kindly showed are up and remain intact
2. There isn't enough of a profit margin for shorts at present due to demand levels being close by

It may be higher probability to wait for evidence of selling coming in before going short

Dear Akt,
Do you mean that in uptrend we can start looking for short only when momentum is lost? Or when trend line is broken? If we trade W-D-H4, what TF should we use to ensure momentum loss? H4 or lower?

Seeing that the trend is UP on all the timeframes and momentum is not broken, there could be opportunities for long rather than short.

im looking at 114.000 for shorts, in the mean time why not just go with the up trend.
