Same dates as previous chart, but on a different currencies market, this time USDJPY. Notice it doesn't work all the time, but there are some that are very good at identifying lows or highs in price and a clear trend change.

Wed night reset...

Jupiter had a sextile relationship with Venus which was conjunct Mercury all week so here is a revised projection line that reflects their being joined this week....

Jupiter + Mercury Phase, 8th harmonic, 500% smoothed orb... Just another idea to test... will compare original and this post on Friday after the close...

Saturn and Venus had a trine connection this week... here is Sat + Venus 8h, Phase, sm orb 25%
The pink background indicates that I set the program to only see price data up through last Friday.

Hi Jerry,
Is there any reason why you have choosen jupiter+mercury and sat+venus?or you have been just trying cycles and you have choosen them to see if they work?¿

Yes, I have been searching for curves using just one planet...but many weeks have a situation where the planet, say Saturn, is not "in the clear" free of influence from other planets making aspects. I am now testing and backtesting a new idea for me... If a planet is influenced by another, build a projection line that incorporates those tow planets instead of passing on the planet altogether... I'm still in the ealy stages of this and will be interested to see where this leads.

The strange thing for me was you did not put juptier and venus when this last one was forming an aspect with the other...have you tried that one?or why a cycle based in just two planets why there are three involved like jupiter venus and mercury?i have my doubts about that to be honest. Anyway lets see what happens tomorrow

Because I am only now coming upon this realization that this could work. I am discovering that, a trine is a beneficent or mutually beneficial aspect. I wouldn't do that with oppositions, squares, Conjunctions, Semisquares (45 deg) or semiquadrates (135 deg)...

I have been searching for what causes a planet's phase projection line not to work... in order of importance

1. The Moon approaches then sweeps past the planet in a given week...
2. 0,45,90,135 and 180 degree aspects with other planets (still need more research on that however)

Before this week, I thought that trines and sextiles had a negative effect on the quality of the projection line but now I am looking into the idea that the two planets in a trine, together, can form a good projection line. Here is a composite of Sat + Ven and Jup + Merc combined into one line using the composite box feature in the Astronomy module.

Still discovering and researching.

End of week recap EUR/USD 30 min chart, EDT

233 pips for week.... The week started off well with post 8546 on Sept 9 then Wednesday reset with post 8563 got me back on track for the rest of the week with a net gain of 233 pips.

This week venus trine Uranus, Jupiter opposite Uranus, mars opposite neptune so the last two will affect badly the new projection line, we should choose the first one right?However, the moon is sweeping venus…a little confused this week…waiting for your updates as you told me that when “The Moon approaches then sweeps past the planet in a given week..” the project line does not work. It is interesting for me to see your projection line, because the choice will be a tough one.

With the Moon making conjunctions with Venus, Mars, Mercury and Jupiter this week coming up, I am just looking at Saturn, (green line) alone and the reliable 6h, 100% sm orb.

I added in the red Q Spectrum line, 500 - 1000 bars, auto select top 5 cycle peaks, 4 overtones.

Finally I added Moon planetary steps in 15 degree increments, keyed off of up and down movements from last week to help time the expected down move on Wednesday at 22:00 and the up move on Friday at 01:30. All times are EDT.

The aspects will be the same. You are in Venezuela and your time is the same as NY time. We are concerned with longitude, not latitude. When you download your price data, use NY time also and you will be aligned with my calculations. I use Oanda MT4 for price data and set it to show 10,000 bars of data in a chart window. When I export that data for use in TS, I am exporting 10k bars also. That is important for us to be on the same page.

Although it appears venezuela i am in spain actually¡¡¡¡ the chart shows up until wednesday then down and then up again...last week was incredible the accuracity,are you going to trade these signals this week?or you are in researching mode right now?

After the down movement on Wed., I am seeing that continue until 01:30 Friday then up again...

Yes, I trade these in demo only right now.
