Hello AKT,

According to my levels, UJ broke below weekly demand today by a few pips. Considering the very little movement below the distal line at the moment, is this enough to consider this as a real break (thus allowing the removal of the zone on chart) or not ?

Also, what do you think of the daily demand zone created on Nov 4th 2016. Is it relevant ?

P.S: Any correction/advice on the way I drew these levels is more than welcome.

hey folk,
here is my analysis for DAX.

started with the daily chart and saw a range... HIGH in curve.
there is no extrem to trade, they are already gone. its time to wait for D1/H4/H1.

i thought about looking at a higher sequence, they already played out. same conclusion. wait!

Bit confused on identifying the correct momentum line.
- Which once is the right momentum line here?
- Also, is there a difference between momentum line & trend line?

the difference between ML and TL is: TLs are mostly built on hh or ll. MLs are built on SaD zones. sometimes they are the same sometimes not. the green one is the correct one. its kind of agressive but its the momentum right now. you can stillt go for the black one, the conservative way. but forget about the red one.

if we take out the high also forget about the black one.

but the low point of green line, which high it do taken out to gain itself valid? because the origin high is somewhere at 0.80750

it did not take out a high, thats why i called it agressiv. by the time we draw ML line we already know its getting week and maybe we should be looking at another chart. Also the black one, if it gets valid its more of a higher tf line.

Hi,

I want to know if a zone become automatically invalid when the PA break this one or we need to keep considering the breaked zone just like supply or demand. Because, sometimes, the zone (Supply in this case) become Demand zone after the break and vice versa.

Hello TrueToLife

Thank you for the question.

Firstly, within the methodology, we don't use trend lines to assess trend. We use it to assess momentum

Secondly, while the black momentum line is an accurate trend line if one is using conventional technical analysis, within the S.A.D methodology, momentum would not be drawn like that.

The red line correctly depicts the current momentum.
