usd/cad +7.4 close for profit, quick and simple. out also below 3/4 number. Got in on increasing volume bars, riding momentum towards 3/4 number.

Hi Guys!

I have been reading your post for some months. I have been dealing with forex for 6 years.
You do very nice trades and I also began to practice this method.
I linked a file. Please look at that picture, it seems to be a good setup because: PA broke the key level with high volume and it made a new low level, there is a retrace to the M1 dragon then comes a red candle with notable volume and you could enter hier. But PA will come against you. What is the mistake in this case?

you must do something wrong, my advice decrease the lot size until you see your self as a winer of 5-7 pips with 0.01 or smaller, i have done the same but now i trade with 0.1 or more with big confidenc in myself, patience... my friend

Hi Traders!

I attached another picture.
It seemd also a good setup: stron support level at key level (1.247) then PA touched the 200 EMA and came back with high volume and green candle. But the PA went down and I lost. That is it.

The image is so small it's basically impossible to see what's happening. Save as picture from Metatrader, much better.

Nope...that won't do because PA didn't break the previous low. PA is somehow at its exhaustion level and eventually went the opposite direction.

As you can see at the picture the previous low was broken by PA.

Its difficult to see your screen shot properly, but if you look at the dragon it seems pretty flat, indicating low momentum and possible accumulation phase. Also, it appears you entered just before London Open which is quite risky in itself. Finally, you entered a buy just below what looks like the 1/4 level. If you look at your chart you can see PA spiked above 1/4 level three times before pulling back to dragon and below towards the support level you've marked off.

Its safer to trade in the direction of the trend with good momentum.

Also as the3mp said above, it would be better to save your charts from metatrader as they will be easier to see.
