{quote} I |Batch the setting of Damiani indicator is the same for TF 5min and TF H1?If no can you share the TF H1 setting? thanks
Ignored
I haven't used it on anything but 5min, but somewhere around current settings could still be good.

cursor pointing at 3am my Pac time, enter trade, all conditions met. Close trade when Damiani green crossing grey downward or perhaps as red Spect line leveled-off its slant sufficiently.

The latter 0700 econ-news moment looks catchable too after the big jump where it continues a journey upward.

Good off-the-cuff speal by good guy Rob Booker on facebook, enjoy:
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?sto...47187962116098

Per his speal, I continue my obsession with this Spectrometry means. Someday hope to have it as auto trading EA.

If you're willing to study this means closely and "get it down pat" and give me regular feedback this is valuable to me, so email me for the zipped-up 2 month time limit locked ex4 template package, email your request batchj2011 at gmail dot com with your mt4 acct#, either demo or real is ok. Later, if you had continued your obsession and kept in contact then at no charge I keep extending your time-limit lock.

Thanks,
Truly,
Best,
Jerry

Felt like taking a close "gnat's eyebrow" microscopic examination of that last 1200 PacTime opportunity.
Note where cursor pointing, at opening of that bar that is big jump from the econ-news! All indicator conditions at this 1200 chart time (subtracting 10:00 for my PacTime) are a go, green starts cross at grey in Damiani, Mom7 >100, red (SimpleSpect amp template applied) line had started to go down compared to prior (I looked closely, compared 2200 vs 2155), so using open of bar directly vertically above (which is by its close stamp is next 2205 bar) the opening of the trade is at that open, the bottom of that jumping up bar!
Even though certain fx means might say stay clear of econ-news moments when intra-day trading, most often I'm seeing this Spectrometry winning anyways!
Amazing!
Jerry

No.
But that would just closely get back to original chart price quote curve, yes? So what for?
The purpose here was to have the fundamental underlying sine components that is "within" the fx movement, this is what is so terrific here, you can now see what is the impetus, non-lag too! (although that might be debateable, but if you look at original repainting spectrometr_separate display [and display only it was!] its whatever sinewave can fit in the selected X period bars you enterred. Thus I went after extracting the waves for output use, make it buffer non-repainting, and calculated for amplitudes ........$300 and 3 months later it arrived, overall it had a few major hurdles to get thru, glad I found a true Pro mql-er Alexei after 2 others had failed me).
--------
BTW, last screenshot above, if you exam closely with amp template applied BEFORE SUNDAY OPENING you'll see that first jump up catches some movement after the initial jump up (there's one Mom7 < 100 though, but no biggee, one moment your out losing a 1 pip spread, next bar you've enterred back in for more! , but 2nd jump up had been caught upon opening of that bar because of the slight up bar prior to it caused a start of a red spectrometer line turn around. Either case a win.

The main reason is to extend it to the future and allow it's use for setting amplitude and time-based trading targets, as can be done (somewhat) with the original spec 2.07 and with Goertzel, but I see you're already familiar with G browser from your other screenshots.

Ah, I see. I'm just going for in-present-time trade decisioning.
What is spec 2.07 please? Was there a 2nd version of the original Spectrometr_separate? Or is that a completely different spectral analysis animal?

ok, 36 pips bagger this morn. The final confirmation was ma7 slanting up. Damiani closed the hypothetical "trade".

ah, guess I'm lucky original version was workable enough to modify it into a Spectrometr_separate_v3 of my own.
As mentioned much earlier herein modifying it to get the info off the sinewaves that was originally only displays and making it all non-repainting buffered via a Spectrometr_v2 was a multiple tough barrier scenario in earlier part of 2017, all of which is now seeming to pan-out chart interpretation-wise.
Thanks to armyda & Clemmo17 thus far for some help.
Best,
Jerry

ok, for today, looking from my PacTime 2am til now, cursor pointing at only Damiani region that is acceptable and all other conditions ok, it's a 6 pip loser. So these do happen. However(!), minimum acceptable distance between green & grey may be a parameter to optimize with when developing EA.

May not be posting as often anymore, to what end further daily? maybe I do sometimes.

Best wishes,
Jerry

Using other 150/26 template, cursor pointing to where Mom26 is <100 so trade ok. This is validation of baton pass by red spect line to orange moves, note red first starts to wiggle up but then decides to wiggle other direction, so baton passed and orange is moving waiting for confirmation on Mom26, MA26 has already been down slant.

I have checked this indy. No need ...dll.

Linear regression and Furie calculation are attached. So, cycle display are quite good. But, cycle projection sometime is ok, sometime got error.

Don't go against current cycle; and if future cycle go with your way, then, use it, otherwise, just watch it.

on the down going this morn it was a 13 pip scoop off of a 7 pip per vertical chart scale. The latter up-going, nada, Damiani not recovered by then.

Was warned by fxchoice of much heavy impact econ-news, sure enough, the close of 0530 (long up bar) to close of bar where cursor is would've been 25 pips loss if still having hypothetical EA on for this method, so definitely heed the jolting econ-news moments but seems would be ok to turn it back on as it settles out, in this case here I see only a short 5-10min tiny gain trade.

Labor day........not a good day to trade, either by that alone or by Damiani green not great above grey or vertical scale lines only 3pips.
If were trading cursor at bar where close is a 3pip loser, the period of time just beyond does not give authorization coz red has not rounded the other direction since this last loser.

[edit added]: Just noticed myself contradicting myself by saying if ma7 slant continuing go back in trade for another case, oh well, couple of 3 pip losers if doing this on Labor day, but again, such a noisy day and vertical scale small and/or green above grey, or could be the swing of red is not great.......which would see with EA or csv-to-indy imprinting colored dots on chart so could see actual levels compared to real moves in the past.
