If i may, there are no indications as yet for a short, prices are not at a fresh level either.
it is not entirely clear which daily SZ you are looking to short. The RBD high up is the only fresh daily level in your picture

Hi All

It is nice to meet everyone. It is great to see a community of like minded traders. I am new to SAD trading. I have been learning about this method for a little over a year now. I was hoping you can help me with the following which is sometimes confusing to me....

When you draw a supply zone for instance that appears to qualify as a good zone to trade, does it matter if the zone tested a previous zone or should it be a zone which formed on its own? I am trying to figure out when is it appropriate to trade a zone which has tested a previous zone as opposed to a zone which formed completely on its own.

I hope this is not confusing.

One note if i may, on the daily chart, the Supply zones, the lowest one in grey is not yet a SZ
the one in blue just above it is though.
Apologies i am not able to post a chart at present to show you what i mean. The blue one can be drawn a little bit tighter as well
