I would like to reply to a PM here may be it will help new traders PVSRA SCALPING is simple system we trade only simple breakout and retracements (at key levels and previous resistance) price action, volume activity, support and resistence are for analysis we looking for momentum to trade (The car gained momentum going downhill)

Looks like a certain broker has something borked on their end. Anyway, saw USDCAD flowing nicely down a channel and traded off the retracement after I confirmed that PA was still bearish. Closed on round number/retest

WHOOOO volatility is back in the market baby! Just a hunch, but I think the central bank announcements last week were what the market needed to jumpstart itself. Entered sustained bullish market sentiment. One trick about pivots I've learned is that they act tend to act as speed bumps during bullish trends and only act as hard S&R during periods of consolidation. Exited after it broke the pivot and reentered on the weak pivot retrace. Exited after price started weakening on past the RN.

Price continues trending on what appears to be a steeper channel. Since we are off session, decided to close where there would be a potential re-test since bearish price was not as steep as bullish price. Would have been nice to catch that 20-30 pip bearish trend, but price appeared to be consolidating and I opted for a stronger entry.

I've been studying the CSM and trying to identify additional patterns. We know that a bright green and dark red pair means that there is one extremely weak and extremely strong pair. I have been wondering if there are other patterns such as a CSM crossover where a change of trend can be identified by two currencies swapping ranking. Still making observations, but logic goes that it would be weaker than a bright green/dark red.
USDCAD has been trending in a singular direction beautifully without the usual fakeouts, so I've been trying to take advantage of that. News comes out in 30 minutes, so I'm going to see where price will move before I re-enter on USDCAD.
