Thanks atheer1 for sharing. this is really the only pattern i need. It is not a "strategy" but a format to help trader to be more precise. I am now trying with smaller lot size as i didn use M1 for engagement before. but tried using to do my trade today and i agree i did get in at a better price. I use H1 to look for S&R and decide my take profit. Once again thanks for sharing!

I'm sorry, but imo that is a ludicrously crass comment. Of course it's going to move some, but to say it's crashing is just plainly an irresponsible and emotive comment. It has moved no more than it often does, so try to keep your panic to yourself lest you influence others into making poor decisions. Let the market decide in other words whether or not the news is particularly forceful or not.
