Heya guys. I am new to this thread, am about 200 pages in now, it looks great. Lots of examples to check through.

Are you guys having better success on the higher timeframes like H1 and above? Or just looking for whatever you can find, regardless of the timeframe?

Ive played around on lower TFs like M1 and M5 for scalping, but the setups do seem more shortlived...

Im using Aliens original design charts, should I be updating these with newer things? 900+ pages is a lot to sift through lol!

Any pointers for a new alien would be great.

This is just a scanner without any visual objects?

Yes, it sends alerts to bring your attention to a pair VS a dashboard which you have to monitor for opportunities.

this scanner does what i always wanted BBS breakout with five ADX speed alert, but now it misses dashboard. I think that dashboard is a good way to see possible breakouts and then you can set alerts with buttons near time frames on preferred pairs. It would be amazing tool to have.

This is a great tool and would be even greater if it had an audio alert when it pops up. Perhaps with an on/off toggle and an input to select your own audio file.

Just some suggestions, but thank you its very cool!

*EDIT* it seems I had my events turned off, so the audio alerts were not working lol... Fixed now, cheers!

Imdb, can you make this scanner to make only one alert for adx power? What I mean is that now after adx powers up it keeps alerting every bar that there is adx power, on 5min every 5min, on 15min every 15min and so on. Is it possible to make alert only once after it powers up on first bar? Thanks.

I will have to try and see the best combo.
What would be great is to have an alert for an ADX contraction ....The lower the better before it explodes into life ....
I thought this might be quite processor heavy - scanning every minute ( or however long we set it ) but no seems good.

Lower TF signals are so much noise unless they are in line with higher TF, so if you trade a lot of pairs why not just disable signals below H1 and you should catch some decent moves...

Hi IMDB

Thank you for your great alert indi, I have been using it today, with visual confirmations of the rest of the Alien system, to great success using a small scalping TP.

I have noticed that sometimes, only sometimes, there is an ADX power up alert, however when checking the ADX for alignment, they do not match up... Screens below. This is FYI, I am not complaining and I know this is a "beta" but I thought you should know.

Gold followed the Euro surge today.
This M5 tells everything: BBS; ADX compression and then expansion following the XCross on H1.

Heya guys. Is anyone watching M15 charts for smaller scalps?

Im currently watching CADCHF M15 and GOLD M15, both for the same reason, DS has a huge gap to the RISOMA and the H1 + H4 agree for trend directions, and both are pinching on the ADX, waiting for an expansion and currently in a BB squeeze...

You had 50-60pips on GOLD on that set up, if you exited at M15 stos topping.

It was basically Alien's 'Time & Time Again' set up.

Yeah and the CADCHF also went a good 40 pips.

Pity I only stayed in for a short while. I'm still too new to this system and need to build my trust in the setups little more

Yep, it is the only set-up I trade, works across the MTF.
