Hi ppl, I do not understand why NFA regulation do not allow hedge or impose FIFO, a lot of strategy cannot be performed under this regulation and it basically make trading in US a lot harder, is US intentionally prevent forex industry from growing? please help me get some clarity on this topic if anyone can. Thanks!

This comment is BS. It depends on the jurisdiction and whether the SOVEREIGN country signs on to the US Dictatorship. So happens that most countries have signed on, including EU, commonwealth and others. But I know of one that hasn't.

They want you to invest in US controlled institutions with low leverage, like the stock market.

Ok, hello everyone. Since I'm a new junior member I can't start a threadsthread I bring my question to you more experienced with brokers that allow scalping, are ECN, have the best rates and are regulated.
I was all set to go with Turn Key Forex but didn't know they were not regulated.
I've exhausted a list of 24 brokers and have not found one due to them not accepting US clients, are not regulated or have bad customer reviews even though they have great reviews from industry related websites.
I'm ready to start trading and I've been on this for two days.
Any suggestions you may have I would greatly appreciate and look into.

for US clients there are a lot of brokers in the market who offers hedging and othr than higher leverage. But majority of them are unregulated. So choose wisely. check their background. discuss about them here in the forum.

No doubt there are 100's of broker out there offering hedging, scalping and no fifo. but do check for the regulation. the unregulated generally wait for the big fish.

I see many scalping brokers like icmarkets.com or admiralmarkets.com and they have been around for a long time. I think the more trading strategies that require high criteria, the more unprofitable you should consider.
