I've traded in the past only FESX (EUROSTOXX50) always on Eurexchange and in the last 5/6 years only FDAX and FDXM from lat month 2016 , but never options or whatever similar.

OK, 20 pips range in the last 4/5 hours and luckily I have only 1FDXM short active.
I hate these long congestion period, but I often have to face these market phases.

almost 6 hours in 20 pips range and I have just close at 278 my 1FDXM short from 280.

Yesterdays close FDAX and cash index was the first qualification for me to start looking for longs but beware resistance is nearly upon us today, no trend reversal either so maybe a swing down to retest first

not necessarily, it may break resistance , personally i would like to see a swing back down then up to break resistance so we have trend reversal and resistance break in confluence, that would be a strong signal for me

260/270 zone was strong support yd for more 7 hours and now is acting as resistance, so I will short something on spikes around that zone...
