Is it okay to put stop when Equity loss certain amount of USD. For example usd 200,when the floating losses get too high, and it reaches usd 200, all positions are cut and EA won't enter trades.

You can't this is a martingale system - you need big account so you can take the big lots when market gets agile. This is the problem of a martingale system the wining is at a constant rate just need a fairly big account to be secure that you are not going to loose it all - like 50K for 0.1 lot in euros

martingale is too risky without risk management and rescue planning.add the feature of hedging trades to open if floating goes crazy due to any reasons,you cant beat Money makers.
