Lock Indicator to MT4 Account ID/Number and or Balance

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a resource I can go to, to find a snippet of code I can add to my file to lock an custom indicator to the persons MT4 Account ID/Number? Mines seem to stop working.

Also, is there a way to prevent the indicator from working based on their balance. Like for instance, a range... if their balance is $1k to $5k the indi will work but if they go over the top end range, it'll stop working and issue some sort of message
