Interesting combi.
But using ccfp on that short term you are using three impuls/momentum indicators.

I would take the ccfp one or two timeframes higher.

To Open multiple basket from one ea,just set up some more fxm or ccfp indicators with different settings.or add another ea to another chart with different magic number

Finally , i found a way to get trades for PIF set up , even if i started late , look at the results ..
Very impressive...

I'm not using any SL. Over the weeks of testing I had noticed that almost every time if they didn't hit TP they would close with minimal loss or sometimes would go into -100-150 DD and swing back to TP, so I leave it open.

To some that might seem risky but that's what works for me. If you would feel more safe using a SL I'd say set a 100 pip SL for FIFO, that allows room for the swing.

100 pips SL for me is not enough , when it open , it went -104 pips right away (spreads i guess).. so no SL is a good idea!!

You could go with something super high, for example I set my TP and SL for FIFO at 800 SL and 1000 TP with a profit lock starting at 350 pips. On a day like today it will never hit one of those, but on other days you may certainly get 1000 pips from FIFO and the SL shouldn't get in the way but should protect you against something like a major news release that's unfavorable to your basket.

Hi embry,, your setup is all 60 TF or 60 TT/TF/FF/FT?? All trade level 1, isnt?
I didnt see any different, and just 3 basket?

I think you are confusing with the wrong basket set up. I'm referring to the 50 pips FIFO which kbkm was asking me about. I think you are thinking about PIF's or Embry1's baskets which are bigger and have more pairs so would definitely need a larger SL.

Its 60 TF with one of each indicator. CCFp, Strength, and CC.

Also remember this too folks. I've had better success with all baskets by making sure the setting in Xmess EA for Allow Opposite is set to false. You can also set Allow Duplicate to false but I prefer that one set to true because if it is showing up on multiple indicators its probably a good sign. If you don't have Allow Opposite to false you're betting against yourself and paying commission/spread for no reason.

For SL, this is just me, I always stay with standard practice of SLoss 30 Pips per pair as per the .pdf back in May.
After open it is easy to reduce normally by 50% after a relatively short period, I just don't believe in running without a SLoss refer - Murphy's Law and previous local internet connection issues here, however it is an individual decision.

Testing Embry1 combo but with CCfp H4 (FxM suggested)...not bad, opened 13h GMT, still running...
