Do not wait for automatically.
Open the position on time. Maybe the robot is disturbed. Do not wait. Based on gmt and anyone at 00:30 to your broker's time. Converts it to gmt. And run the robot.
If it does not work automatically at the time. You manually run the same formulas manually.

By which time are we supposed to open baskets. I thought we are supposed to open at TOKYO OPEN, right? TOKYO OPEN starts at 00:00 GMT. Why all this confusion about time? Scroll down and look at the time map

Hi, I recommend you set the Open Hour separately:
HH1:mm,HH2:,mm,HH3:mm,HH4:mm ... etc etc etc

The range hours you show on your image (HH1:mm-HH2:mm) will not work the way you think it will with your strategy.
The range hours are used to slowly build a basket. I am still working on this part, so I don't recommend u use a range hour input yet.
