USDJPY +6 pips

Price retraced back to the 200 EMA, but it couldn't brake it.
So whe price continued the move downwards I took the trade.
Should have closed earlier during the second red volume candle but I got lucky.

You still do the same as usual but sometimes PA reverses. So, how do we prevent these trades like this.

I still get trouble with trades which is in good Trend and momentum but price suddenly reverses.
EU M1 +12 (+6.0 avg. @ 2 lots) Not a shining scalp for sure after LC but got bored as missed the good momentum while doing PT.....

Vape appears not to be here and can answer for himself but IMO;

This was actually a CT trade as the 50 ema was above both the 200 and 233 emas with all headed up and a M5 retrace. Sometimes with good momentum these will work out and other times MM's are attempting a head fake with high volume to catch wrong way traders and robots.

Although Dragon was flat, what I targeted here was a bounce back to RDL.
PA broke the 128.500 key level with a green candle and notable volume.
I waited for a bounce back to the same key level (128.500) and entered.
I exited when PA reached RDL.

Yup, FIFO is the way to go! no stress, just exit asap before MMs try to change the direction.

Yes indeed...Position traders targeting fewer trades and larger pip profits with often big draw downs must live through more stressful PA moves. I have been there and done that and this method proved not to be fun for me.

I make pips and enjoy FIFO scalping....but each must decide what works for them...

Indeed thanks for the charts Vape they're very helpful scalping at least for me I am finding it very hard to master, although I did a more traditional PVSRA trade today as I have been slowly trying to understand HTMRW, working long hours does not help scalping chart time haha.
