so, all you are trying to say is to let the time frames align their directions, for example 1m, 5m, 1h, 1d, 1w, 1mo all pointing to up, then you enter long? this is hardly a new discovery, many threads in FF have mentioned this point. anything else do i need to translate? i am sorry, i was pretty good at math before college, however i lost all my interest in math when i studied in the college for whatever reasons. so, this kind of math model really turned me off.

I don't see anywhere the OP has stated he has a new discovery. Some are waiting to see how he applies it, unfortunately some of us others are going to die of old age waiting. A pity peeps could not hold off with their comments until he has said what he came to say!

ok, I must admit that my previous 2 posts in this thread seemed too rude, partially because I just hate math so much now and especially math in trading. my apologies to mark72 (hard work and patience). things are pretty clear now after I re-read every posts (trying my best to ignore the math part).

I think I know how mark72 trades, in fact he already showed it in this thread. I am just curious why made a complicated explanation.

so, in a nutshell, small time frame (direction aligned to larger time frames), some kind of price action (maybe engulfing) to trigger entry/exit, money management and psychology.

i tested some EA with a sample cross of an EMA. Must be EMA > 200 on H1 and results are positive. Starting from this premise, i searched for a year how to optimized it. The EA make big profit during trend market, but was no efficient during multiple cross of the EMA. An obvious way was to restricted the number of trade on the crosses and select the good one. As you can see on my previous graph (post 146).

Yes, this is very too simple to be true and good in a long term. I trade for only 3 years and i still made a lots of mistakes. But according to me this simple vision is far from the worst.

however, an experienced trader could probably show me how to optimize this simple view

I have heard that a few traders indeed use ma cross succesfully but in my opinion is not for me to achieve positive results in long run with high profit factor so i can not help you with improving your EA also because i do not use automatic EA;
what i have presented until now do not mean the time frames need to align and i said that smaller time frame is like higher time frame; i do not watch several time frames; i trade 1 minute OR 5 minute OR 1 hour not every time frame in the same time because it just adds to confusion; why do i care what price is on monthly chart when i trade 1 hour? and there is no need for apologize;
I am getting old and i do not want to read all my post again so forgive me if i said it but this is the next step of the information; if you trade a price crossing an MA line or 2 MA cross or price breakout the previous high or low or anything like this you are trading only one dimension; price have to go into 4 or 5 dimension to go your way and to know and take advantage of the cycles of the market dna;

As a new member I dont have rights to open new thread so i will start my journey here and then move to my own thread.

First I would like to talk about flow of energy, energy behind market move is money, influx and outflux of money. This move is in our charts shown as sine wave pattern. We have positive and negative moves, male and female moves, we have Principle of Polarity which embodies the idea that everything is dual, everything has two poles, and everything has its opposite. All manifested things have two sides, two aspects, or two poles.

The main idea behind it is that when engergy manifests itself, it immediately sets up a polarized dynamic, creating the fundamental form of energetic flow called the Torus. Everything, from atomic “particles” to electromagnetic fields, to weather patterns, to trees, to us, to ecosystems, to planets, to stars and galaxies, to fx market is toroidal in nature. The Universe is a seamlessly embedded fractalization of torus energy flow. (collapses out of isotropic vector matrix zero-point equilibrium)

And there are interesting questions:

- How to find this zero point in fx?
- Is it enough to find this zero point just in one dimension or we have to wait for more dimensions to meet in zero point equilibrium?
- If we find out dimensions, is there any specific ratio of this dimensions?
- Where in nature could we find this ratios?
- How could we calculate this ratio in fx charts?….. a lot to answer in next posts.

As we mentioned in previous post we could see that with torus we could observe how energy can be observed to behave. We could see that all around us is moving and vibrating all the time. This expounds the idea that motion manifests in everything in the Universe, that nothing rests, and everything moves, vibrates and circulates. And everything that moves has its rythm.

The Principle of Rhythm expresses the idea that in everything there is manifested a measured motion, a to and from, a flow and inflow, a swing backward and forward, a pendulum-like movement. You will find this principles all around us. What we get with a single line or MA on fx chart? Two poles or polarity and how does price relate to this line? It moves to and from this line in pendulum like movement. And it moves to and from this border line it moves in the Feminine and Masculine principle. It is said that there must be a balance in these two forces.

Without the Feminine, the Masculine is apt to act without restraint, order, or reason, resulting in chaos. The Feminine alone, on the other hand, is apt to constantly reflect and fail to actually do anything, resulting in stagnation. With both the Masculine and Feminine working in conjunction, there is thoughtful action that breeds success, which points out that both the Feminine and the Masculine fulfill each other. How does markets move? Up and down or in Masculine principle or in sideway or in Feminine principle.

OK lets go back to torus and phi. What is Phi?

We have two interesting descriptions above…. There is again mentioned »zero point« and »the angular momentum of energy flow will vary on either side of phi when either force is greater or lesser than the other«

If we go back to trading we have to find this so called »zero point« or point of unity from which we could observe which force will prevail and in which direction the market will move. To find zero point we have to find the cycle or cycles more about this in next posts.

As we all know cycles all around us, if we open wikipedia we could see that there are: time and calendar cycles, planetary cycles, organic cycles, physics cycles, miscellaneous cycles…. And of course we also have trading cycles.

All this cycles are not the same, they have different duration and different amplitude. They have their beginning, maximum, minimum and end. Each cycle could have its subcycles. If we go back to torus, it has its own cycle and subcycles.

The questions are:

- How are cycles connected with subcycles, is there any universal ratio between them?
- What happens when cycles and subcycles are in harmonics?
- Could cycle and subcycles have same zero point and what happens then?
- How to use this in trading?
