I agree with you exactly. But I disagree with the trade method.
Why? Because I'm using fluctuations(Swing).
Because the market may not be able to stretch at 1 o'clock in 1275.

On the daily chart the trend line from below where this price is testing may hold if price does not close above it. Line drawn from 2016 lows of december until now If does not close above for the day look for lower prices which matches the top trend line touch of 2017 February highs. May see same reaction if not close strongly above this zone.
