I'm still undecided whether to drop the scalps altogether and just go full swing.. I need a better handle on managing multiple pairs as I lose track of what's going on.

Still demo'ing on the swing side... There's loads of good stuff on offer but it's a different style and needs practice.

This nice daily demand on gold, H4 fresh demand and retouch was textbook.

Ran out of steam.

FOMC week.... Probably more of the same shit tomorrow.

Can't see anything meaningful happening until 1.171 is spiked.

This was really a lucky limit order set before work. Had a bit of feeling this was going to play out today but didn't expect it to nail it to the pip..

Now we have FOMC tomorrow. I can see a few scenarios playing out but this new H1 supply is on the radar for sure.

EU and UJ are playing out great at the moment.. No need to look at anything else right now for intraday.

So my good run came to an abrupt end tonight taking some very heavy hits on EU short attempts... Loaded up in H1 supply and my stops were in a dreadful location. Had an uneasy feeling about it at entry (usually a bad sign).

Broke a fair few rules in the mix and which I put down to a number of issues. Such as...

1) Overconfidence
2) Trading FOMC
3) Window shopping other pairs
4) Lack of concentration
5) Not watching USDX...

So these things happen I guess, will dust down and get back to basics.

This has been a staple on at least one dedicated monitor for the last few years. For some reason decided not to have it on display for the last week or two...

DX can be a tricky chart to read during small ranging periods but it always delivers with the big setups.

Chart needs no explanation.

Hi Ken, the same was by me today, a nice +8,2% through the day and than traded FOMC . . . i just spoke with myself to not do it, just stay away the platform, no need to do anything else . . . well . . . i have done it for a few minutes and than sold the EU from nice H1 engulfing
Okay - NEXT !!!

Not really a pair i'm particularly a fan of ...or the CAD crosses.

I think we're coming towards at least an interim top on EU. I'm expecting some foul play over the next few days where tops gets spiked a few times.

Some good action on EU today. The buys just then were nice.

I have the same feeling, seting all targets to 1,2000 could give us a nice and mainly really fast exits on the spikes tops. After reaching this level the EU could be a bit unpredictable...

Well there's an unfilled gap at 1.20 from December 2014 on weekly chart.

Although we have got some supply atm and also NFP so will see. Definitely more intentions of selling PA.

I think EU is very close to getting smashed. DX come into a nice H4 demand with rejection but it's a pretty wide zone.
