trying the Jul 21/28 AAPL DC @ $152.5/$137 for 17c/14c

....both these DC's are dicey trades so they are small - I'm looking for some decent iv increase and there may not be enough to lift these above b/e

trying to fill a SPY $247 call calendar, Jul21/26 for 12c....filled at the close.

I have to see spoos breaking out and attacking 2,500....any kind of good news out of US Congress will get that done I reckon

MSFT looking good, the DC call side I have at $73, looking for it to grind up to the all time high ($72.0) right around ER day & will take off the calls for profit and let the puts run...

/ES up 36% in ~1.5 yr....in the monthly chart from the Mar '09 666 low, there have been only 3 runs of 3 or more red monthly sticks, and the smallest of those was just a ~100 pt dip. 8+ years of bull.

Another ath today neverending bull market. My MSFT DC sitting at b/e even though the sh price has over shot my call strikes. If we can see some selling prior to the ER tomorrow I could maybe net out a dime or so on the calls and let the puts ride...

AAPL DC doing better - iv's have come up and sp has moved towards my call strike. Currently the trade sits at a net double so I will have to pay attention Thurs-Fri as there are several ways to manage it...

closed the call side for 21c, if MSFT tanks it'd have to be hard to make anything off the puts....

....good I got out as well as I did, MSFT pushing to $75+ would have killed any chance of salvage. We'll see if AAPL will bounce tomorrow with a little help from the strong MSFT ER

FOMC meets next week - is that news? Chickenshit Fed dare not surprise the clientele - but if they would, it might actually cause a few red candles to print. They do nada, we get thru earnings season with the spoos around 2,500, and you can take a nap until Jackson Hole...
