I fully understand H1 is not a trading chart

This is what really upsets me is when a trader try to put words into my mouth. I did not mention anything about the H1 ROMAR. I stated very clearly all the information I gave out was on the H2 chart. Im not sure why you think I tried to put words into your mouth, I simply mentioned H2 DB at BB and H1 Romar to distinguish which DB i was referring to. I understand H1 isnt a trading chart.

I should have originally mentioned H2 DB BB on its own, but thought I would add another reference as to not cause any confusion. But that has had completely the opposite effect

You trade the H1 chart and you wanted me to reference the H1 ROMAR. That is trying to place me in a position to reference the H1 for your benefit knowing very well - I do not trade the H1. As a teacher the biggest mistake I can make is giving an OK on something that is not. And the H1 is not OK, and when someone try to get me to verbally give something that is not on the right path - then the line had been crossed.

If you want to trade the H1 then that is on you and not me. And when you get burned enough in using the H1; then you may understand why.

Ok Im really not sure how my really simple question has gotten to this stage. I will try again as I seemed to have caused major confusion.

You mentioned the entry today going long off the Sar / DB, can I double check is that the DB on H2 which almost touched the lower BB many hours ago now? As I was confused if you was referring to the most recent Sar / DB which we are seeing right now

When I made that post I was only referencing the H2 SAR attachment because the DB was not there as of yet. I was reverencing the DB/SAR taking it from the bottom and here is the statement:

"I also wondered how many of you jumped on the DB/SAR for the up at the bottom with the BB."

Your question was referencing the H1 ROMAR - I reverence the H2 DB/SAR with the BB.

Here was your question:

"Hi Dove, can I just double check I have understood correctly, the entry long today was the DB down at H2 BB / H1 Romar?"

The connection is referencing with the H1 which had placed you in confusion because you was trading the wrong chart.

OK - that is it for me.

The irony is I didnt trade today, hence my question after the day is done, so how could I trade the wrong chart.

I just wanted to say that I am thoroughly loving this system and it intrigues me more and more everyday. What I have seen is absolutely unbelievable and in the short time that I have been studying it I am hungry to learn more and more. I am not always smart and sometimes I have to reread Dove's post over and over as I do not understand right away and I know there is something there that I need. And then when the understanding comes I can see much wisdom and it drives me on to learn more. I have much reading to do this weekend and go over more rules that now must be implemented into our plans.

Good attitude, same as me, just be careful of what you post as you can be bitten very easily if your not 100% clear on the point you are trying to make.

Hi Retrogue,

All I know is that Dove was very clear in this statement. DB/SAR in consolidation connected with the power of ROMAR. Nowhere do I see him say the hit on Romar and H1. Every post like this I can learn more for my entries and I am very grateful Dove teach me with no cost.

Yes agreed, H1 Romar was only mentioned to distinguish which DB I was asking about.

I think we can all learn a huge amount from Dove's H1 chart, if anything the H1 has been confusing the hell out of me anyhow so I deleted the DB/SAR/Swing as per instructions a long time ago, and also then the fibs over a week ago as they were confusing me too - now I'll delete the BB's.......and just carry on studying/reading/watching bars until the light comes on

I was very fortunate to receive a very valuable lesson with the Romar power. It is your trend chart power as long as it is not running through the middle. Romar power does not mean a hit on Romar although of course a hit is much desired. I believe it is the power of your trading chart. And I could very well be wrong but this is what I am interpreting from our teacher. There is much to learn about the powers of the charts so I'm off to studying more. Parabolic next strongest power. I love this stuff.

You have been given a great privilege on this thread. You can post plans after your trade. That is much desired here and means you are in the top 95%. You must carry that proud and help us who struggle along.

My 1hr chart is exactly the same as Dana's - totally stripped down to the barebones.

There are only 1-2 scenarios where I will use the 1hr - and they are all related to timing my entry to be in front of the 2hr chart. Other than that, forget it.

Thanks for the confirmation Shaun, much appreciated (and welcome back to the UK!) - timing entries has been my sole use so far for H1.

I feel I am ready to post my first trading plan for Sunday open. I've read, digested, read, demo'd, read, backtested and read again......maybe one more read before Sunday......

I hope not to bother anyone, but in my humble opinion we should all try and say the bar (for example 16:00) we are refering to in order to avoid confusion, as I consider Tom was just trying to be clear about the bar that was been being commented and not to add extra confusion.

Speaking for my own experience, it is also a big benefit for the people who will read this on the future, it will be much easier for them to study and find the example in the charts.

Hello All, This extended H1 conversation raises a serious question. As the only reason for the H1 is to attache the converter to it, then why is it mentioned on our Trading Plans? It would seem frivolous to the point of being counterproductive if not detrimental to our plan. It strikes me that all Retrogue was doing was referencing his H1 chart...when as it has been made clear, none of us should be...so why do we all do so on our Plans? I'm really wondering now what purpose exactly does the H1 serve on our Trading Plans?

Your statement is saying you did not read everything because it had been stated the reason for H1 on your trading plan.
