because I throw darts at my monitor while waiting for a setup. I even have a little indicator in the top right hand of the chart that counts how many darts I have thrown.

EDIT: seriously, have you set up a Renko or Range Bar Chart? I have to assume not!

None trading related question.
Trump was elected president by winning 304 votes of the 558 votes held by the Electoral College. He was not voted President by any of the 326,381,986 people who make up the population of the USA. So any one other than 304 people who say they voted for Trump, actually didn´t, is that correct?

Hi dee50,

Last thursday I made you a general question about a trade you did where you got +28+28 pips. In that trade you entered long because of a divergence in Stoch+MACD and I wondered how much reliable you find these divergences in order to enter just at the beginning of the upwards movement, I mean there were no momentum yet but you entered long anyway. I think I would feel blind in this scenario considering the previous of the day had been up and down with no clear trend.

Today I have the same question when you entered short and you got 4 pips, why you didn't trust the first divergence (prices double top and MACD downwards, where you got 5 pips) but you trusted the second one (prices higher high but MACD top at the same level)?

Another thing that worries me is the indicator Swing_ZZ; I see the divergences look better and clearer when they come from tops or bottoms where Swing_ZZ shows you a red/blue spot but as this indicator repaints until it finds a really top/bottom I don't know how to be sure that high / low is relative or absolute. How do you manage all these thinks?

I don't know if I am making my questions clear enough to be of profit for all the group, I wish I do anyway and thanks again for all the time you spend helping other traders to do it better.

Also look back at my charts, look for the horizontal light colored lines those are the opening range for each day, I use the 1st hr of the Cash Session as per Market Profile others like @divergence uses the first 5 mins others use the first 30 mins, etc etc

Hi Parr, I use "Daily Lines Boxes" by hanover. Just remember to put M3 in the variable Visibility if you want to use it in a range/renko chart or you'll see nothing. Oh and you can use several instances of the same indicator just changing the UniqueID, so you can draw the high and low of the first 5 minutes after London opens but also the H & L of the first hour or any other combination you fancy. Find enclosed the indicator and a picture to give you an idea how it looks like.

No Mal Intent. 1,917 images posted, all, bar a hand full have Divergence marked on them. What does that tell you, and not being funny, but I have answered that question so many times that I have had to look back to see if I have been communicating in swahili. But to answer your question look at the 1hr chart on the right of the post in question, what is marked on it at the time of what you are calling the second divergence? I post the HTF chart for a reason.

If you do not trust the swing ZZ indicator do not use it. It is there as a visual aid, not as a signal generator. I use it in combination with the Stochs cycle. The stochs cycle has been explained, several times already.
