MetaTrader - My custom indicator - how to?

I am sorry guys If this was discussed before. I am switching to MetaTrader from VT trader, and I would like your help, MT experts with something.

Assume I have A setup which I use to trade. That A setup consists of a

WMA /SMA crossover
RSI
Stochastic

How can I let the MetaTrader informs me when these line up..as an arrow with sound or something. Is there a way? or it's only for the MA crossover possible?

Let's say I want to be alerted when X WMA crosses Y SMA but also when RSI has moved above 50 or under 50 accordingly. Possible?

One more thing- Is it possible to do automatic backtesting on a pair using my setup instead of manual backtesting?

Yes, Metatrader can alert you. This would be a custom indicator or EA. With an EA, you can do automatic backtesting using the strategy tester.
