Disliked{quote} Man, the algorithm knows exactly when you cover and suppresses the gains on the intended path. As soon as you cover it hauls ass since it's free. I can imagine there's longs that they're attempting to flush out as well. In this regard I think they're going to take it further down during the release when they pull liquidity again. Hope I'm wrong, but this is exactly where we were on the last RBA interest rate release. ....Tell me they don't know what they're doing...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Usually if it falls it falls 5-7 yen in a month so we are pretty close but yeah this didn't make sense at times. There's few new war fronts opening up or potential risks so might attribute to this but am not an expert I hope it goes back to 98 in near future.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Historically August is a good month for Yen. This retrace move is all technical. They left a lot of unfinished liquidity when they smacked it down last night so now the next day's liquidity providers are chasing all the unfinished business the Asians left....This is how it works. If you look at all your lower time frames (1 and 5 minutes) there's gonna be a lot of gaps all over.Ignored
DislikedThe algorithms have destroyed the NY session. The daily range is the smallest unless a release is earthshaking. My account has an algo tied to it that tries to counter my every move a hard stop isn't an option unless I put it stupid distance. It is almost impossible to catch a trend without white knuckling it. Sense tells you should scalp and that sucks...you don't make much money and the inherent risks can be greater given circumstances. Most people out there just enter orders blindly on an intuition without care. They aren't profitable on the...Ignored
DislikedSee the price flat-line at 93.01 for six minutes? Now it moves back up. That algo is with me on ever fucking trade, it even knows my average price when I enter several orders to build a position. That thing is a beast and I've seen it do some incredible things.Ignored
Disliked{quote} If you asking a serious question and not one to detract... It's either my broker's liquidity provider or as I'd like to believe both of them. As I revealed it knows my average price so my trades are being routed with my account identifiers. The broker will never admit to it as their people aren't informed this exists. The relationship managers don't even know much about trading.Ignored
Disliked{quote} relex, banks control every thing, you need to swim with the flow. price will drop, sooner or later. im shorting too, dont like the outcome right now. If price will not stop at 93.1 so 93.7 is next. Eventually below 90 we go.Ignored
