DislikedIs there a specific approach that the indicator takes to determine highs and lows on which to base the channels? The Socrates document has rules to take out the ambiguity of drawing the trend lines but there are different determinations of what constitutes a bar pattern for a high and a low. Interested to understand how SoS deems a high/low pattern. ThanksIgnored
Disliked{quote} haha i like your curiosity! Thats good sign Well, that was the hardest part to code with this indicator....many many hours went in to getting that right. It would be too much text for me write and explain really, sorry...but for now "how the indicator identifies these points" have to be something for the future maybeIgnored
Disliked{quote} Yes, well I didnt cover what the colors mean anywhere, my bad. Its not that important, Its more to visually seperate them rly.Ignored
Disliked{quote} No worries at all! I fully understand if it's too complex to understand or quickly explain. In my past journey, I've drawn three-bar swing patterns, Gann 2-bar swing highs/low, Bill Williams 3 and 5 bar fractals. I'm afraid I must have become a bit OCD about how highs/lows are considered as "formed"!Ignored
Disliked{quote} I more meant the ability to change the colours of these channels (via inputs) if the fixed colours don't suit your chart's colour scheme. But, you're right, it's a minor detail.Ignored

Disliked{quote} On the W1 chart, current price action does not seem to be in any channel at the moment. Is my observation correct and is that "normal"? Thanks.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Correct, thats one of the reasons we went lower in time frame. If we expect price to move lower, then we want to know where resistance is, we could not see it on the weekly so we went to daily... we also need to know in what ANGLE price is moving lower. All this info was provided on the daily time frame. Note: This setup is of interest because look at the angle, is so steep! = big profit/low risk.Ignored
DislikedI have made a Capital Flow Model which can be used to identify emerging trends and potential breakouts in the FX market. It analyzes the incoming and outcoming capital flow of the 8 major currencies; EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, GBP and JPY. ...a great tool to help traders find opportunity on all time frames! You can double-click on the symbols in the panel to immediately open the chart. In settings, write the name of the template you want charts to open with. This Model will be merged with SoS in the future and will write its own commentary for...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Not sure I understand what you mean with instances, if you are refering to time frames then no, not at the moment. You can set it up like this tho... Let me know if I understood correctly {image}Ignored
