Error: is not expert and cannot be executed

i have a expert which is already running and works fine. Now i made a minor change, and now i have on the MT4 platform a error 'is not expert and cannot be executed'. And even when i take the old ea and compile it again the same error. What can i do?

The file is likely in the wrong location, would be good to double check.

my ea has nothing to do with the ea in the video.
Problem solved fix "EA" is not expert and cannot be executed on new build mt4
