Ping is timing out and tracert times out after hitting 10.3.0.1. An engineer at Netgear elsewhere on the network also had similar results. I sent a message to [email protected] but their reply showed no interest. Today I talked to my ISP, Netgear, and Oanda. I still can't connect to Oanda and if I can't get this fixed (if Oanda will not take this seriously) I will have to find another broker.
