I have template open on one chart, then have 20 pairs open with template running (and a few stocks i am just monitoring with the template) at same time on a 4 year old quad core computer with only 8 gb of ram. This is the only application i run on this computer and remote in to it using google remote desktop via my phone to view charts - can't view charts while at work - all trading sites and ports are blocked.

OK. I see. I came some half an hour later, the lower band has already been flattening. So, I didn't take the trade. Never mind. It is just one losing trade. No big deal. That is the price we have to pay for using a repainting indicator... it will happen again... hopefully not too often.

Don't beat yourself up. It wasn't your fault. This was a typical Market Maker's manipulation, very often prior to important news. They show a setup and hold it there. Then, they suddenly move the price opposite of the projected direction to pick up all the stops. * Then they reverse it to the right direction. That way they make a lot of money while putting everybody else into trouble. And on top of this, most of the participants think: "The market reacted violently to the news."

The only thing that you could have done is to refrain from trading prior to the important news. At least for EUR pairs.


* Take look at the EUR right now. See how far up it went? Exactly to the highest high 3 days ago. That's where many participants put their stop losses. They went all the way up to that level to pick them up. When they did that, they dropped EUR like a rock. That's how they make money....

I read it several times and I tested it under various circumstances. I call it repainting due to the lack of the proper word. I know that both bands can't change from going down to going up in one 4h period. It is all clear to me. The bands are making a slow turn and they adjust themselves to the price action. That is the reason while we see a smooth bands instead of jagged ones.

However, what it CAN DO, is that it can turn one band from going down to flat during the 4h time frame. Since we are trading 15m, we can see both bands going down, open up a position and then after say, half an hour, an hour or two hours to see price going up and one band starts flattening. So, in hindsight, it looks like a no trade, while, at that moment, it was a legitimate trade.

i know there is news
Any idea why I’m getting alerts too late? Like 2-3 candles late. I miss some good trades. I tried to search again in last 100 pages , but apparently I’m missing something. Sorry for asking

I don't want to sound rude, but if the result of one trade decides on the pursuit of a strategy in a small time frame you should probably stop here no matter what the outcome of the trade is.

i have been tested like few trades
with this system
the weakness is the band
if someone can improve or replace the bank indicator and filter the noise out
it would be a great system
