- Workout daily rhythm - do i collect my 3% cash over 2/3/4 visits throughout the day...it's not worth trying to sit there and trying to make it all in the first hour...I know it's more than possible...but I don't need to be in a hurry
- Analyse every losing collection over the last 9 months - identify common threads
- Keep showing up daily
