The strategy that @bishopdotun created is based on ADR. And then people started experimenting with different numbers. Whether it is "part" of the BD ADR strategy that depends on what you mean by "part".
If the same indicator supports 22.7458% ADR then I guess it is part. But when @bishopdotun was thinking about creating such a strategy was he thinking about basing it on 22.7458% ADR, I'm guessing probably not.
