Hello, it's my first closer practical experience with Forex.

Since the end of April I'm trying to follow a certain strategy, which seems to work OK so far.

I'd like to know the opinion of experienced Forex traders as well as other people who feel they have something to say on the subject.

Also, any comments, suggestions?

Today's statements are attached.

Errm, unless I'm missing something, how can we vote on your strategy without knowing what it is?

Also your attachment appears to be corrupt (or my PC is!)

560% return on 17 days ? Not doing this to break down your spirit (or am I?) but I'm 560% sure that within a year you will be broke.

If you're very new to forex your fist goal should be not to lose more than a few % of your account within (1) month(s). After that you will understand how important it is to control your money (MM). I.e; How much should you risk to gain profit.

Yep, sounds like you're not using proper money management ie taking big risks for big rewards. All you need is a handful of drawdowns - and they do happen - and your account will be emptied.

In a nutshell, my strategy is as follows:
1. I use Samyama (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samyama) on certain Jyotish objects (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jyotish) to modify my awareness.
2. I contemplate my mind and its energies.
3. I try and apply those more auspicious energies to my Forex trading activity.

The decision making process and information that pops up within my field of attention is a reflection of the state of my mind. I use Forex as a mirror.

Along with Doris' thread (she uses the i-ching), I do admire your faith in such esoteric methods of trading (I am interested in such matters, as you may be able to guess from my profile) but would not risk money on it.

Fancy posting up some calls as you make the trades? I would be interested to see the results.

Shrooms are organic, gentler on the chakras, and don't produce those nasty lingering flashbacks. Not the freeze dried crap either. The fresher the better.

First of all, thanks everyone who participated and expressed their opinions.

As per the feedback, let me further clarify the subject.

1. The above statements are from a demo account. I'm trying to test the method. There are many doubts and uncertainties about it also in my own mind. But if it continues to work OK for the longer run, I'd seriously consider investing some real money (risk capital).

2. I don't use drugs and/or hallucinogenic/psychotropic plants, never did. I do experiment a lot with mind control and awareness manipulation, but primarily based on spiritual methods.

3. I don't produce precise predictions based on my astrological knowledge. Astrology is a science of trends, tendencies, which take place in the subtle world of consciousness. The events related to money and/or other material circumstances may mirror these trends in a variety of ways, depending on many factors, and, IMHO, on that expressed level there's no way to predict them in a precise and certain way, at least as far as my current knowledge reaches... Though, with a proper vision, one can discriminate the trends and forces in play to some degree.

4. The idea of making calls involves karmic connection with the people who would use them. It would not work the same way as it does for me alone. There is a reciprocal connection between information you share, attention (energy) of other people and the unfoldment of events around you. If you make public predictions, the very fact of making them already significantly influences the outcome of what you predict. Such a system is much more unstable and difficult to cope with. Though, under certain circumstances public statements might prove useful, especially when ripe and directed to better understanding of the subject.

5. My strategy is not about ignoring sound logic, technical and fundamental analysis tools and common sense in general. It’s about using all this and more based on the deeper intuition. It’s about applying the best of logic in the right time, place and in the right way. The latter auspicious conditions may or may not be reflected on the level of logic to some degree (the more evolved a person is, the better are they reflected on the logical level of understanding), but their origin is deeper, on a more abstract and subtle level. This level can be mastered through proper skill and method of awareness control.

Thank you.

Today's statement is attached for your convenience.
By now it's already 32k.
The big drawdown over the weekend is the result of going public, IMHO.
My Friday's decisions were influenced by the forum reaction to my previous posts. There is one person here with rather bad energy (I'm not going to tell who, but it's one of the posters in this thread). The rest (including the mockers) are generally OK. But my mind was sorely hit by that bad one... It took some time for me to regain the balance, still I think it was a good idea to make those posts and share the info.
Thank you.

Well, let it fail... I've got nothing to lose, only knowledge and experience to gain...

What would you say, if I go up to 500k, then give it a try with real money?

There are actually no losses in my statements. There are only swaps (which means, more time is required for the results to manifest). Examine my reports. You'll not find a single losing trade I started.

The approach I try and apply is: accept your every decision, live it... be fully awake to all your shortcomings.

On the other hand, the energies I use do not produce sudden breakdowns (failures) by themselves, at least as far as my knowledge goes. So, there are actually only following options for me:

* to find out which of the energies I use are faulty, that I haven't noticed before, which is a great success, of course; or
* to find out the external influences disturbing the auspiciousness of my decisions, which is also a great success.

Every step is a gain on the path of learning and self-improvement...

Are we reading the same statement ?

I see several trade open and closed the same day so how come a swap could cause this ?

591615 2008.05.16 17:05 sell 5.00 eurusd 1.5501 0.0000 1.5494 2008.05.16 23:59 1.5595 0.00 0.00 0.00 -4 700.00

And there is losses all over the place...

Are you sure you are not a copycat of Holy Grail ?

Although I've only been on FF for a few weeks, this has got to be the strangest thread of the past 5 years surely?

Nazar, without wishing to disrespect your beliefs which you clearly hold dear, I'm not sure of the purpose of posting on here? There is no strategy whatsoever other than your intuition, and no matter how good the spirits may make your powers I'm not sure how they can help the rest of us?

Andy

Assuming your system works, you need to observe good money management and set appropriate stop levels, then going live could be interestingly rewarding. I remain open-minded.
