hi forex factory friends ,my mt4 is not responding (se attached img).i cant open any chart/template/indicator.i have few important and necessary indicator/template but cant find folder ? i need your tips/advice help please .....................

Have you recently loaded a new indicator that perhaps requires another indicator for an iCustom call, if you load an indicator that uses an iCustom call and you do not have that indicator that is being called in your indicator folder then it can freeze your MT4 platform.

many many thanks cja for quick response.you know me i have zero knowledge about coding/indicator functions..i don't use indicators in my real trading but i like play with it other mt4 .i installed many mt4 to practice /test .so please if you know how can i found my installed mt4 indicators/template ,it will be great.thanks in advance

Assuming you have Windows computer, use WINDOWS key + "E" key

try to find this folders as picture, the black spot is your name

EREBUS BRO MANY MANY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. i installed many mt4 broker ..there is a long list.is there way to know broker name ? say i want know which terminal from fxchoise mt4?
