Thanks. If you used the Absolute Fibonacci Framework, you'd find that the areas of consolidation are either between lines on one fractal, or between strong barriers on different fractals. The length of the subsequent move is then governed by the dominating fractal.
The attached sample shows one fractal that is dominating. The specific points where they don't hit on this one during the intermediary moves are on smaller fractals.
