Simple H4 Mobile Trading System

Merry Christmas traders. I am glad to see this method seems to work for most people. For beginners please dont judge results by just a few trades. Forex is not quick money. I am not against with any one modifying the original strategy that works for them. But please test it with results to show that it works. This is not a trial and error thread.

Great job for vince with counter trend. I use to be CT trader too. Would be interested in the near future again maybe. Result of dec so far looks good.

Correct!!!

I know the original strategy is we move to Breakeven but I prefer to have a little profit already once price reaches 150 fib than Breakeven so that we gain something already...

Yes, do it right away when price touch that level, there is no guarantee price will continue even candle closed above/below, i think it is better to lock for some profit and safety capital purpose.

Wait for candle close. You can dont move also. It is up to you. Like some traders said, sometimes PA can hit your SL before it move towards TP levels. So it still based on live chart analysis. Do note that we arr not doing scalping on lower TF. So be patient and follow your own rules.

No short I think.. price is above 30 MA..
I dont know if this question has been asked before but i would like to know why the 30EMA is being used.

Do you move SL to BE once fibo 150 gets hit in your testing?
First trade after the long holiday ends with TP. Anw if any one havent notice, i have changed my updates in my #1 post. I used % for profit/loss instead of pips or $. Because i forgot that the amount earned trading cross pairs does not equivalent to pips. So the pips i showed previously is not accurate. I did not want to show $ because different traders has different account sizes so $ doesn't isnt objective imo. So i think % is much more rationale.

@DeanOliver you have asked a good question. Because most of the time when people follow someone strategy, they just follow blindly. I am once there before but decided to study why those MA. So why 30? In 4H it uses 30bars which equivalent to a week's data. So for short term, i think the 30ema works fine for me as dynamic support/resistance, as well tell me the short term trend. There is no perfect MA. Just use the one that suits you.

Hello Shabu

Nope, in the backtesting process i worked only with TP and SL.

If price didn't make it to TP (fib 200) + spread, i added it to the 'lose' column.
Only trades where price reached TP + spread were added to the 'win' column.
