Editing a custom indicator

I've downloaded Fx Snipper Ergodic CCI and Trigger to my custom indicators section on MT4. I want to change the color of the blue line in the indicator. The color change when saved to a template,goes back to the original color (which I don't like) every time I switch time frames. How can I save this new color when switching time frames? Also, is there a way to get one chart the way you want it and have all other charts set up automatically the same way? I tried to lable a template "Default" but chart set up is not translated to other charts. Thank you.

Ok I think I know what you are talking about. What you need to do is find the indicator in your custom indicators section of the Navigato tab. Then you need to right-click the indicator and click Modify. This will launch the code editor and the code of the indicator. Now somewhere near the top of the code, you should see a line that says something like
or whatever the orginal color is. Now simply delete "Blue" or the original color, and type in "Red" or the color you want (Stick with a color with a simple name such as Orange or Red so the computer doesn't get confused).

Then hit compile on the toolbar near the top (between the arrows and "Terminal"), which will save the indicator with the setting of that color forever. Now whenever you pull up that indicator, by default it will be the color you typed in.

As far as your second question, I believe all charts by default show up blank. Therefore, you can make a chart the way you like it, then right-click the chart and save template as "Default" or something. This will not load it up automatically, but now you can right-click a new chart and select the "Default" template, which will then pull it up. I believe this is the easiest way to recall your favorite settings.
