Help me with a very simple EA!(earn 0.1% of my profits)

I already have 5 indicators, what I need is that implemented into EA with a very plain money menagment and account rules. Somebody will need 2 minutes to put this togheter. I will make a $10 donation to your paypal account plus $100 on every $100 000 of profits in real life ( )
