ICT's paid mentorship (where he first put out his Market Maker theories) commenced in 2016.
If anything about 'reportedly', it's probably the other way around. But there is no proof of anyone paying anyone anything.
My point is that Steve Mauro was teaching BTMM long before ICT. And, like most of ICT's material, it's been adapted, repackaged and renamed from other people's concepts and experience.
I have studied both Steve Mauro and ICT extensively.

Does the indicator !btmm dashboard work these days anymore? I had it on several platforms and did not use it in a while. It worked very well in the past, but now it can not be loaded on the platform anymore. I don't understand why. Do you have the same issues or it works for you?
