Hello, is it possible to convert an MT4 commercial indicator (an indicator that was paid for with a license on the Metaquotes market) into the MT5 platform/language?

No. Only its author has the original code ... So your best option would be to ask him/her to make it available for MT5.

Sure. Decompile it, or have it done. Then let some coder convert in to an mt5 Indy.

Fortunately currently no proven method of decompile an build 600+ is available to public.

No, you don't. In the current context there is no way to gather the source code from the compiled ex4 (even if we ignore the legal aspect).
So the answer to wish the new code from a fairy is more useful than yours.
