PC monitors that display more data on charts?

I have a dual monitor setup, a 24" monitor and a 40" TV monitor. Because of resolution issues with the TV monitor, my 24" monitor actually displays more data on charts than the 40" TV monitor. I'm looking to replace my 24" monitor because sometimes I overlook things and I can't see what price did to the left. It's also a hassle to scroll back and forth. Could someone recommend a monitor that's 32 inch or smaller and around ~$200 that can display a lot of data? I'll also be using the monitor for other things outside of trading forex such as watching movies, gaming, etc
You don't need bigger screen, you need more resolution.

I run 2 4k monitors, Asus PB287Q.

In 1 4k screen, you can see 4x times more data than the Full HD screen.

Thank you! I'm not tech savvy so thanks for the tip about resolution. The Asus you recommended is out of my budget so I'll be looking around for other monitors with high resolution

You need a 40-43 inch UHD TV with PC/Gaming mode that reduces input lag. These TVs start from 450

My advice is searching for a second hand PC Monitor of 24" or larger

Forget the gaming monitors, just get yourself one monitor.
I use a 55" LG TV with a screen resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz (ideal for charts, no flickering}
and you can drop the resolution down to 1920 x 1080 @ 120 Hz for flawless Movies. Any leading brand 4K TV will do.

I run Linux Mint and use 4 Workspace screens and switch between them using ctrl+alt+arrow keys letting me run four versions of MT4 via wine.
And it runs sweet, way better than windows without viruses and constant updates.

Here is an idea of chart display using just two workspaces.

Christ! That would make my eyes bleed. Do you wear sunglasses to dull out all of crazy colours?
I am no optician but that must give you serious eye strain.
Always used two 1920x1080 monitors but looking to upgrade shortly. I try to be away from the screens as much as possible.

I like the idea about Linux Mint, too.
I have dual Dell U3415W 4k monitors. The wide format allows me to spread things out without getting too big.
I'm also thinking to change my two 24" monitors with a 65" TV to avoid the constant Ctrl+Tab to change the charts in MT4. What I don't know is if it is an exageration, an odd decision. I mean I will look at all the charts at a glance, that's my idea, but maybe I finnish fed up with so much screen.

I follow 4 diferent assets (1 index and 3 currency pairs) and I look at 3 diferent charts for every one (12 charts in total). So I made the calculations of my charts size (wide*high) in my 24" monitors and a 65" TV would just fit perfectly to my needs (4 columns with 3 charts per column) just a little smaller than I have them now but that is just with a Full HD resolution (1920*1080). I know this way I would be wasting the performance of these TV but as all my charts would fit in the screen I wouldn't care a lot.

Obviously I would prefer to have an extra room in my new monitor so I wonder if MT4 could work with intermediate resolutions like Quad HD (2560*1440) because it would be even better for my needs, Or maybe I move to Ultra HD (3840*2160) or even 4K (4096*2160) and I feel comfortable, who knows, I should try different options.

The other important point here is the graphic card. I have found some cards like GeForce GTX 1050 for around 200€ (with 4 GB GDDR5) that give me resolutions 8K (7680*4320), much more than I need so I guess I have enough with this card.

Anyway, what do you think about 1. to work with a a 65" tv-monitor, 2. using this monitor with resolutions like UHD or 4K and 3. your opinion about the graphic card I mentioned.

You need to think about your distance to the screen. 65" will be horrible if only a couple of feet away. You have to remember the screen will be completely flat across the desk (not curved to fit your field of view, also the height can be an issue as well).

For what you're looking for try the LG 43UD79-B (basically 4 x 21.5 inch HD screens in one 4k display).

1050 GTX is fine and gives options for an extra 4k display if ever needed.

Yes, distance is an issue and height too, maybe working stand up it would help.
The LG monitor looks great but I have not decided yet.
I will keep you informed if I decide to to one or the other.
