help adding vertical and horizontal lines for this system

plz could someone help me to make these lines ( just for 4 hour time frame chart )

i used macd + parbolic sar standard mt4 indicator

- vertical line when (macd + parabolic sar) in the same direction macd must be up 0 line in buy case and below zero line in sell case for example blue vertical line for buy and red or aqua for sell
- horozintal line on the ( parabolic sar dot ) which agreement happened between macd and parabolic sar ( let make it yellow color )

- these lines just for 4 hour time frame chart and appear on any time frame i used that mean if i used 1hr or 30min or 15 min just appear lines for 4 hr time frame chart
