Greetings,

I searched but with no success. Is there an indicator that will alert me when a candle closes above a certain price.

Example, I want an audio alert when price bar closes above 1.5000 on the 30min timeframe

If you are a coder can this be coded, contact me

If you have more than one price on a chart you want to alert on, just attatch the PriceCloseAlert of each instance. You can have multiple PriceCloseAlert indicators on your chart at the same time.
Smjones, I was wondering if you could help me. I am looking for an indicator to alert when price closes over ema's(direction adjustable). I've looked and I'm in the process of learning to code, but really need this indicator. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Nelson.

The script as it is, is fairly simple, what you are asking is going to take the complexity of the script to a whole new level.

This indicator is exactly what I have been looking for when the 4 hour candle closes. The only problem is that I get an alert and email everytime a new tick arrives. Is there a way of only receiving 1 alert when the current 4 hour candle closes and it meets my conditions?

Here you go.... just change the timeframe to 240 for 4 hour candle.

You guys can make just about anything for mt4, as mbqb11 said... now we can get more sleep, a precious item for a trader. works well only that it bings once and not several times to make sure you heard it.. will have speakers set to max. thanks for indicator y'll

I saw someone is looking for an endless-sound-pricealert.

So I changed the current one a bit to make this possible.
commands like "while (1==1) PlaySound("alert.wav");" would overload mt4, and the sleep-command is availably in expert advisors only.

Nevertheless, I think my workaround works, pls. try.

Still a bug I think. I tested it on H1 and after the initial email alert, it carried on sending one every hour.
