My vote is for the second one. CAD core retail sales and retail sales were much lower than expected.
.... I have observed lot of time that Northen Finance & Odl Chart's show some strange Gap's lot of time's... I have observed this problem last week Also... Well MT4 is not my broker but im using their Chart's...
Anyone else have experienced with this problem also...?

Most likely its a news story. They can gap very quickly at times. There are thousands of traders who have been taught to trade at news times and when they all jump in at once the market can move very quickly in a matter of seconds.
Your internet connection could have stopped for a moment of time for a variety of reasons.
Their platfoms could have a coding error somewhere.
If you are a conspiracy theorist about brokers, it seems they like taking out peoples stop losses just before a big move. Also many dealers will change their pip price at news times and this may be reflected by the gap.
Finally some companies feeds are slower than others. They dont react as quickly with the market and suddenly they will gap to catch up. Last year with InterbankFX I would notice one companies demo would move 10 pips and it would take them 20-30 seconds to match. I would enter a trade and pick up some free pips. Since they have gone to multiple servers I have not seen this happen again.
