Greetings,

I want to know if anyone trades NZD pairs [especially NZDUSD] and if so what methods do you use? [Strategies, etc.] Also, can you tell me about the volatility of the pair and anything else that would be helpful.

Thanks a million...Literally!!!

NZD/JPY has been a better pair then NZD/USD for me. Its been trending up for several days now. Real complicated strategy, buy on the dip and hold as long as possible.

I trade the NZDUSD using my main swing strategy, which is a rather medium term strategy...

This pair is thin, but when it breaks support or resistance, it does take off. I would suggest longer term trades. My average trade is around 4-7 days.

Thanks but I was looking for something a bit more practical.

Ignored
Since it seems to me that the overall market bias towards both USD and NZD is mostly negative, together they make a nice ranging pair.
As such, I am using my variation of the strategy described in the below link

I trade the nazgul alot with fairly good success, it is better for very short term plans or very long term plans, swing trading has been bad with it

I have had most luck with small squeeze bursts, but i target about 10-15pips. Looking at manul post it seems to be the same thing i do times 10
